Use a complete classic XRP Ledger address beginning with r.
Balances look incomplete
Refresh the selected address. Public XRPL services can be rate-limited, and not every ledger object is represented as a spendable asset. Verify important values with an XRP Ledger explorer.
Move or restore wallets
Open Settings, choose Export wallets, then use Import wallets on the destination device. Saved data does not transfer between devices automatically.
